Above all else, pay attention to your body: What it tells you, what it needs, and care for it. As you come in touch with your body, you’ll find it’s easier to hear its needs. This carries you forwards towards a way of living in which exercise becomes a natural part of your life—not something you have to force yourself to do. It can also help you recognize the intrinsic nature of your soul. This is something that happens not in a superficial or narcissistic way, but naturally and honorably as you learn to care for yourself in simple ways. The other exciting thing about transformation is that, as you make one good life change, you attract others. Altering your diet, for instance, or learning a technique for deep relaxation, can bring you such benefits in terms of health and beauty that you’re likely to find yourself interested in making other changes too—quite naturally, bit by bit, over time.
