Another powerful antioxidant that acts as an invisibility shield is Vitamin E. It protects the cells from not only free radicals, but skin cancer too. It increases the effectiveness of sunscreens if applied to the skin at least 20 minutes before SPF applications. Vitamin E also regulates Vitamin A in the body. RDA is 20mg.
