The sources of Life Force are sunlight, the breath, live food, water, a loving, happy peaceful heart, a still mind and deep, dreamless sleep.
The sun shines equally on all of us. It never judges nor discriminates. Whether we are good or bad, educated or uneducated, sick or well, rich or poor, it just pours love out on everyone. We are often quick to judge, but we seldom know the real person – their inner being or the path that they have chosen to walk.
We are all fellow travellers on the path of spiritual development and we all need help along the way.
We should give thanks every day for the beautiful sunlight. We should find a few minutes each day to sit in it, in stillness, consciously absorbing its Love.
